How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email, so you can follow your package’s progress.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so we’re not always able to make changes once the order has been placed. However, feel free to contact us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to a variety of countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

 

Where are our fabrics sourced from?

All of our factories rank in the top percentiles for workers' involvement and protection, freedom of rights, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, fair wages, and ethical business practices. We carefully vet our factories to ensure there is no child labor, bonded labor, or precarious employment.

Our organic cotton is grown in Vietnam, and our recycled fabrics are produced in China, where the materials were initially recycled and processed. While China may have a less-than-ideal reputation for labor practices, we proudly support factories that create safe working environments and prioritize the well-being of their employees. The Foreign Trade Association (AMFORI) conducts annual audits of our partner factories in China to ensure that our ethical standards are met. China also boasts some of the most advanced technology in the world, allowing us to produce garments more efficiently and sustainably.

What fabrics do we use?

Choosing sustainable fabrics is one of the most effective ways to minimize harm to the environment. For example, textile treatments and dyes account for 20% of industrial water pollution, involving over 800 chemicals that factory workers are exposed to. These toxic chemicals not only contaminate our water and soil but are also absorbed by our skin when we wear them, posing real health risks.
